What we collect
When you contact us or become a client we keep your name, business name, phone number, email address, business address, and the content you give us for your website. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank numbers. Stripe's handling of your payment details is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
How we use it
To build and maintain your website, to invoice you, to answer your questions, and to send you a monthly note about your site. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing messages on behalf of anyone else.
This website
hoxieventures.com does not use advertising trackers and does not require cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive your IP address when the page loads. If we use privacy-friendly traffic analytics, they do not identify individual visitors.
Client websites
Websites we build for clients may include a Google Maps embed, online ordering or booking links, and a contact form that delivers to the client's email. Each client is responsible for the privacy practices of their own business.
Keeping and deleting
We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for the period tax law requires afterward. Ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, subject to those requirements.
